Terms & Conditions – Rips and Tips

 

Welcome to Rips and Tips, an online TCG store and Rip & Ship channel. By purchasing through our website or participating in our streams, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Refunds & Returns

 

  • All sales are final. There are no refunds once a product has been ripped on stream or dispatched to the customer.
  • Refunds will only be considered if agreed upon in writing with Rips and Tips before the product is ripped or shipped.
  • Once an item has been posted, Rips and Tips has no further obligations toward that item.
  • No returns will be accepted under any circumstances after an item has been ripped or shipped.

2. Product Condition & Shipping

  • Rips and Tips cannot guarantee that all items sent out will be in 100% perfect condition.
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g., box dents, scratches, or shipping wear) may occur due to handling by suppliers, couriers, or postal services.
  • While we aim to send products as clean and presentable as possible, please note that this is primarily a Rip and Ship channel, not a sealed collector’s store.

3. Stream Recording & Order Protection

  • All streams and in-room activities (including ripping, packing, and order processing) are recorded for quality assurance and protection of both Rips and Tips and its customers.
  • By purchasing from us, you agree to be part of these recordings, which may be used to resolve disputes and verify transactions.

4. Liability

  • Rips and Tips is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused by postal/courier services once the item has left our premises.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Rips and Tips is not liable for incorrect addresses or unclaimed parcels.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • All content on the Rips and Tips website, TikTok streams, Discord server, and other platforms (including logos, graphics, videos, images, and text) is the property of Rips and Tips unless otherwise stated.
  • No part of our content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
  • Pokémon and other TCG products remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Rips and Tips is an independent seller and is not affiliated with The Pokémon Company International or other official licensors.

 

6. Agreement to Terms

 

By purchasing from Rips and Tips, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. These terms may be updated at any time without notice, and it is the responsibility of the customer to review them before making a purchase.
